2022 Update:

We will do our best to accommodate everyone's personal requests and projects, but Content and Motorsports bookings will always take priority as they are essential to the business. Confirmation of your booking from the garage team is REQUIRED before entering the space - no confirmation means no booking. The space must be left in the same condition as it was when you entered. We would especially appreciate proactive cleanup, meaning if you see something that should be improved or addressed, please feel free to do so and let the group know at garage@fcpeuro.com. We'd greatly appreciate it!

Booking & Requirements

What are the requirements to use the space?

You'll need to read and sign the waiver, available above or there are printed copies in the garage space. Please deliver to Nate Vincent once signed. After that, you can book any of the zones above if the day and times are available and you have someone else working with you.

NOTE: There must be at least one other person in the area while you are working. If you plan on booking and using the lift, you must be lift certified first. Make sure you know who your partner is before booking a time.

How do I book a day/time?

Click any of the four colored buttons above to book their respective zones. Available dates and times for each zone will be shown on the next screen. You can book in 1, 2 and 3 hour increments. For scheduling longer than 3 hours, simply book a second time.

Who is certified, and how do I become certified to use garage equipment?

You can view who is certified to use garage equipment in the link below:Garage Certification ListPlease reach out to the Garage Team at garage@fcpeuro.com if you'd like to schedule a training session. If you'd like to familiarize yourself with the lift beforehand, please check out the video below.

NOTE: When using the lift, there must be at least one other person in the area.

Do I always need to have someone else with me or can I work alone?

You will always need to have someone else with you in the space unless you've been approved for solo work. Solo work is granted on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to the Garage Team at garage@fcpeuro.com if you'd like to work independently in the space.

NOTE: Solo work is not allowed for projects involving the lift.

Machines & Tools

How do I put a vehicle safely on jack stands?

If you're not lift certified or simply working in one of the other available zones, please take note of the following for using jack stands in the space.

What equipment can I use? What if I don’t know how to use something?

If you don't know how to use a particular piece of equipment, please reach out to the Garage Team at garage@fcpeuro.com, and we'll be happy to get you properly trained!

All other normal use tools are available to use so long as they are wiped down and put away clean after use. Tools need to be returned to the same location they came from.

If you'd like to borrow tools to use outside of the FCP Euro Garage, submit a request here:Garage Tool Rental RequestTool lending will be on an approval basis. If approval is given, the Tool Sign In/Out Sheet will need to be filled out and a picture taken of the borrowed tools sent to garage@fcpeuro.com.

Where are specific tools located? What if something is broken?

Every tool has a specific cabinet and drawer where it can be found. Please reference the document below for locating tools:

Garage Tool Locations
NOTE: If you're using the space and a tool is missing or broken, please take a photo and notify garage@fcpeuro.com.

Disposal & Clean Up

Where do I dispose of old parts and fluids?

Small parts can be disposed of in any of the large rolling trash cans around the space. For bigger bulkier items like suspension components, please dispose of outside by the metal dumpster. Do not use indoor trash cans for bulky parts or fluids!

Fluid-specific containers can be found in the DC next to the stairwell, highlighted here:

How do I clean up? How does the space look fully cleaned?

1) All major items (boxes, old parts, tools) should be properly disposed of or placed in their correct locations. Any caustic fluids like brake cleaner, brake fluid, oil, or other greases should be immediately cleaned by hand and not spread around the space.

2) The entire area should be swept with a push broom, and all debris should be disposed of in one of the large trash cans.

3) The mop bucket should be filled with 4oz of of the blue Fabuloso cleaner, which is located on the shelf above the sink, along with fresh, warm water from the hose by the floor sink.

4) Using a damp mop and frequently rinsing and wringing to keep the mop clean, mop from left to right in a rough figure eight pattern as you move backwards through the space to be cleaned. Be sure to mop up any footprints you may leave behind, and mind the floor as it will be very slippery when wet.

5) Remove the mop wringer and empty the dirty water into the floor sink. Rinse the loose dirt from the mop bucket. Place the mop wringer and mop back into the bucket as they were found.

6) The space should look better than when you first arrived. There should be no visible dirt, dust, rust or footprints on the floor. There are no loose tools or parts / boxes left behind, and the space is clean and presentable for MCM employees to work and for the space to be shown off to both customers and guests. If any leaves or loose dirt has blown into the space by the garage door, use a dust broom to push clean these up before leaving.

Where are the cleaning supplies located?

All cleaning supplies are located in the supply closet next to the mezzazine stairs. More information to follow!

How do I request additional shop supplies and materials?

If the space is low on any supplies or materials, please send a note to garage@fcpeuro.com and we'll get things squared away!

Security & Emergency

What is the closing procedure and how do I lock up?

If you are the last group to leave, please make your rounds throughout the building to ensure:

- All lights are turned off
- All exterior doors are closed and locked
- All employees and personnel have vacated

An official lock up procedure will be provided soon.

How are the rules monitored and strike system enforced?

How are the rules monitored?

The garage rules can be found on the second page of your signed waiver. The rules are enforced by the Garage Team here at FCP Euro. This team will listen to complaints, review security footage, and check the space, equipment, and supplies daily.

If further enforcement is needed or there is a dispute between parties, the Director of Motorsports shall determine and levy any penalties. A penalized individual may request a 3-person panel comprised of FCP Euro executives to review any penalty levied, with the panel having the right to ratify or modify the penalty in their discretion within thirty (30) days of the request.

How are the rules enforced?

Penalties for failure to adhere to the rules outlined in the garage waiver include:

1) First Violation – Verbal warning with written email follow-up
2) Second Violation – 30-day suspension from use of FCP Euro Garage
3) Third Violation – 90-day suspension from use of FCP Euro Garage
4) Fourth Violation – Permanent termination from use of FCP Euro Garage

Who do I contact in case of emergency?

Emergency contact info can be found here.
Please also use garage@fcpeuro.com for any inquiries and/or recommendations that come up when using the space. It's the easiest way to quickly get an answer or help!

What is the single most important thing I should know?

There's three.

Always communicate your activity in the space no matter how small.
Always work safe and be aware of your surroundings.
Always clean up and leave the space exactly as you found it.

The waiver covers all of the specifics you need to be aware of, but if you do nothing else, do the above.

Thank you!

What if I need parts when I'm in the garage?

Unfortunately, after-hours orders and picking parts is not permitted when working in the garage. Our inventory teams perform evening cycle counts, and it's critical to ensure proper processes are followed so as to not interfere with their work.

If you are in an emergency, and a part is needed to complete a repair, please email garage@fcpeuro.com and describe your situation so we may advise.

As we always mention during onboardings, you are welcome to audit the shop for tools and things you might need on your project before/on a separate day before your booking begins.

Can I work on cars in the parking lot?

Unfortunately, no work is permitted in the parking lot without written permission from the garage team.
